RESTORATION SPECIALISTS

A TEAM OF AMAZING AND HIGHLY SKILLED INDIVIDUALS

Restoration Specialist teams in both Lancaster and Berks County facilitate daily programs at The Harbor &The Refuge, creating a warm, safe, and caring environment for residents.

Each specialist (“coach”) brings her experience and knowledge to the home as she supports the residents and program team. Because our program offers 24/7 care, a specialist is on-site at all times, including overnight. Restoration Specialists are trained to apply trauma-informed principles in every aspect of their work.

Our direct care staff are an essential part of our work; we cannot operate without their commitment and skill. We love to see how they passionately serve the survivors on a daily basis!

Restoration Consultants

  • With over ten years of experience in anti-trafficking organizations overseas and in the States, Kim invests passion for caring well alongside our program team, developing, reviewing, implementing, and providing training on policy and best practices for restorative care.

  • Christy served as North Star’s residential advocate for almost four years and continues to support our residential care team and residents with her expertise in case management, phase planning, and staff development.
